Camilla’s educational background is versatile and ranges from a law degree from Copenhagen University, where she was majoring in human rights, to various psychotherapeutic trainings, including specializing as Gestalt Therapist.
Camilla’s experience from the municipal sector ranges widely, from case management and close citizen contact to legal specialist functions and strategic organizational and management development.
In addition to in-depth experience with project management and change management, she has 10 years of experience with serving and supporting management groups, executive boards, the mayor, and the political level, with equal parts focus on cross-organizational and professional development into an ever-changing political universe, where balance between loyalty and professionalism is key.
