THE AUTHENTIC HUMAN BEING

WHO AM I AS A LEADER

The focus is to understand the dynamics of the personality as well as getting insigths of your own person and development.

Who am I and how have I become who I am? Is there anything I want to change? Do I have patterns that are not helpful anymore?

It sharpens the ability to be in difficult leadership situations and make more appropriate choices based on self-insight and self-support.

YEAR 2

THE AUTENTIC RELATIONSHIP

HOW AM I AS A LEADER

This year you get deep insights into relationship dynamics, including insights on how you act in groups and how groups affect you.

In addition, you gain insights into how power and influence as well as authority structures are formed and developed.

Furthermore, practical training is available in how you as a leader act optimally based on your competencies, talents, and motivational factors, both regarding you as an individual and in groups.

YEAR 3

THE AUTHENTIC LEADER

HOW DO I NAVIGATE AS A LEADER

Based on the individual competencies from year 1 and the relational competencies from year 2, you will after the third year acquire a leadership navigation competence in an individual, organizational, societal, and global perspective. It will clearly reflect your personal values and point of view.

RESULT

Gestalt Executive’s three-year leadership education programme gives you a solid and very thorough leadership training, where you will experience that you become a more authentic person both privately as well as at the workplace, and that you create more authentic relationships in general. You will see that you gain clarity in your leadership and become a more inspiring leader, even when leadership is not ‘a walk in the park’.

You will achieve a sharper understanding of who you are as a human being and leader with the individual background you have and the relationship dynamics that are at play for you. You will also gain insights into working with groups, positive as well as challenging, so that they are better handled by you as a leader.

In this leadership programme, you will gain a solid insight into human behaviour at the workplace as well as into your own and others’ appearance and impact. Ethics and morals are self-written elements for the good leader, and insights here are included on an ongoing basis. Being a good leader requires focus at both results and relationships, and through understanding the above elements the balance can be found.

METHOD

Gestalt Executive rests on the foundation of gestalt therapy, which means that you and your surroundings are inextricably and mutually connected.

You and your actions are a result of the relationship between you, the others, your surroundings, and your conditions.

Your existence is always at stake, which means that you can always influence the situation you are in and that it is your choice to do so.

Through three years of leadership training with a new, essential theme each year, you develop fundamentally as a human being and as a leader.

PROGRESS

This education programme lasts for three years, of which the first two years include the basic education, while the third year constitutes the advanced level.

Overall, you get Gestalt Executives’ entire three-year management training.

The first year covers the theme “the authentic human being”.

This means that you immerse yourself in who you are, your origins and the ‘luggage’ you have from your upbringing and previous jobs.

In the second year, the focal point is “the authentic relationship”, where you investigate your relationships, both privately and professionally.

Along the way you gain clarity on who you are as a leader and thus becoming more authentic.

The third year concentrates on “the authentic leader” and how you conduct yourself in the world.
