To create results as a team, focus must be at core tasks, and everyone must deliver what is agreed upon. It requires that everyone takes responsibility for achieving the goal. And that the work is done in a way where everyone helps, inspires, and shows commitment towards each other. To resolve this, it is important to be able to handle disagreements and conflicts and maintain fruitful conversations which requires a high degree of trust.
The foundation for creating results as a team is thus that there is a high degree of trust in the team. Trust that is built through a collaboration that considers both the strategic and the relational aspects.
Participants will get a higher degree of understanding and practical experience in working with a team in such a way that the team culture becomes more conscious and thus also an asset instead of a hindrance.
This service will give insights regarding the mechanisms that make a team work optimally and the opposite, as well as giving insights in developing a “Hight Performance Team” that carries and contributes to creating the desired results and the desired well-being.
Furthermore, knowledge of how you as a leader can use yourself as a catalyst and inspiration to develop your team is acquired.
In addition, you are trained in identifying positive and negative group dynamics and increasing well-being of the employees.
A team development program is based on the current state and the challenges of the leader and the team.
The program is organized in such a way that the leader and the team can work with the development of the team culture and create solutions to the inappropriate group dynamics that may be found or arise in the team.
