Mindfulness at the workplace

If you practice mindfulness techniques such as meditation daily, you will gain increased contact with your thoughts and feelings and thus become better at listening to your body and mind.
It will make you more aware of what is going on in your system when you are influenced by others or by your own thoughts and imagination.
You will improve your ability to concentrate, create more clarity, energy, drive, and joy in the everyday life. You will improve your sleep quality and reduce your stress level significantly.
Finally, you will improve your presence and thus your ability to be present in your relationships, both at your workplace and when you are off.
Gestalt Executive tilbyder en velafprøvet metode, som består af to workshopdage med 2-3 ugers mellemrum.
På den første dag indføres deltagerne i forskellige mindfulness-teknikker, som tilsammen gør, at hver deltager efter første workshopdag vil være i stand til at praktisere mindfulness både hjemme og på arbejde.
På anden workshopdag mødes deltagerne og deler den erfaring, de hver især har opnået siden sidste workshopdag. Desuden vil der på den anden workshopdag blive undervist i hjernen og nervesystemet for at underbygge forståelsen af mindfulness, og hvad den kan bruges til.
Det anbefales, at der efter nogle måneder afholdes endnu en workshop med henblik på at sikre integration og støtte deltageren i at fastholde sin praksis. Det anbefales også, at virksomheden etablerer faciliteter, hvorfra der kan praktiseres mindfulness på arbejdspladsen.
