Nikolaj has an education as an electrician, he is a civil engineer (MS EE), economist (HD-F) and psychotherapist and continuously supplements his fields of interest with courses and further education in sales, management, and personal development.
He is an experienced mindfulness instructor, psychotherapist and coach. As a process and organisational consultant, Nikolaj has created results with change management, leadership development of leadership teams, individual leadership development, team development, cultural development and implementation of values, conflict management & feedback as well as mindfulness training.
