Tanja has 25 years of experience from a number of different industries with consequent insights into both private and public organisations. Early on, Tanja set out to gain a foothold under her own table as an entrepreneur and launched a unique concept in the planning and execution of weddings which became a success. Early working life also gave a role as a Center Manager in the fitness industry. Most of Tanja’s working life, however, has been dedicated to psychotherapeutic work, partly as a family therapist, partly as the manager of a home for children with difficulties. Tanja’s values for working life over the years have been; an innovative approach to most things, a deep human and organizational understanding, a good understanding of maintaining social and relational networks.

Tanja er oprindeligt uddannet Serviceøkonom og senere i livet supplerede hun med en uddannelse til Gestalt Psykoterapeut og PMTO Familieterapeut. Herudover har hun en diplomuddannelse i ledelse.
