All leadership starts with the leader as a person. First and foremost, to lead and act optimally, the leader must gain awareness of who he or she is as a person.
It is important to realise that most strengths and competencies only work in the right context.
If applied without awareness, they may create resistance, which in the long run will lead to lack of future development and results or even deadlock.
Hall of Mirrors is an individual leadership programme, in which the leader’s personal leadership style is investigated from different angles. The leader is provided with valuable insights into own behaviour, competencies and development potentials.
After going through the individual leadership programme, you will find that you have become more aware of your own behaviour and appearance and how you influence others.
You will gain an understanding of what drives you and which fundamental values you work from. You will gain an increased knowledge about your behaviour, your strengths and development potentials, as well as what motivates you.
You will achieve an increased impact and emerge as a leader who focuses on both performance, results and motivation as well as well-being at the workplace.
Through individual sessions increased clarity about your leadership style and preferences will appear. The individual sessions have different leadership themes and theoretical models to support the learning curve.
Through the Hall of Mirrors programme, your behaviour, values, strengths, and development potentials are investigated from different angles.
To ensure integration and learning between each session you will be asked to do homework, and reflect on learning points, observations, and experiences you make throughout the programme.
The programme consists of an initial session with the purpose of getting to know each other (leader and coach), 10 individual sessions, writing a journal, as well as performing tasks.
